About us.

Originally founded in 2002, we reintroduced ourselves to the community as Perilli Physical Therapy in 2021.

Today, we are a local, family-owned business that prides itself on delivering expert, movement-based physical therapy in an approachable environment.

What we’re all about.

By relieving pain and restoring movement, Perilli Physical Therapy empowers our patients in Lockport and the surrounding communities to return to the activities – and people – they love.

When our neighbors are physically able to participate in local life, whether it’s through work, play, or family, everyone wins.

Patients

We strive to put our patients first with a physical therapy experience that is positive, welcoming, and comfortable for everyone.

Collaboration

We provide care using a team approach, understanding how each person’s role contributes to a patient’s success and healing.

Movement

We believe movement is medicine, and offer education and reassurance as our patients (safely) move through their current condition and symptoms.

Community

We’re local, and proud of it! Providing expert care is just one way we uplift our community and help our neighbors thrive.

Meet the team.
